Lumi Marketing is a specialist service, not a general-purpose agency. Every package is shaped by the way card vendors sell, travel to shows, and talk to their communities.
TCG vendors have needs that general web agencies rarely design for: frequently changing listings, regular card shows and events, community activity that happens in Discord, very different approaches to online selling, and limited time for website administration. Building for one type of business means those needs are handled from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.
Rather than asking vendors to learn another complicated dashboard, Lumi Marketing connects the website to the tools already in daily use. A listing posted in Discord shows up on the site. An event added to Google Calendar appears in the schedule. When a full store is genuinely needed, Shopify handles the catalog and checkout.
Clients can ask questions and get help after launch—especially when Discord integrations need adjusting or a small website change is required. Support comes from the same person who built the site, so nothing needs re-explaining.
Secure infrastructure is handled through iWebben, a family business providing professional hosting with SSL, daily backups, professional email and domain services. Hosting is billed separately so you always know what each business charges.

I'm currently studying for a master's in Human-Computer Interaction, with a background in marketing. My focus is user experience—making sure a site is genuinely easy for your customers to use, not just nice to look at. I like working closely with people and helping bring their vision to life.
