Privacy notice

Lumi Marketing only collects the information needed to respond to an enquiry and deliver a website project.

What we collect

Contact form submissions include your name, email address, business details and the project information you choose to share. During a project we may also hold logos, copy, product information and access details needed to configure agreed integrations.

How it is used

Information is used to recommend a package, prepare a quote, build the website and provide support. It is never sold, and it is not shared with third parties except where a service is required to deliver the project—for example hosting through iWebben.

Integrations

Discord permissions are explained before a server is configured, and only the agreed channels are read. Event synchronization uses a dedicated public Google Calendar rather than a private personal calendar. Payment and checkout information stays inside Shopify.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, request corrections, or ask for enquiry details to be deleted by emailing info@lumimarketing.io.
